Age-Friendly Health Systems Care Video: 4Ms Framework

Generations TV AFHS CWRU

Generation Station TV has released a video for older adults explaining the Age-Friendly Health Systems 4Ms Framework.

In the video, Robyn Y. Hughes, MPH, AGPCNP-BC, Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and former Project Manager at Case Western Reserve University Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing, talks about how every older adult should expect Age-Friendly Health Systems care at every healthcare visit. Age-Friendly care consists of the 4Ms: What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility, and is applicable when you receive care in urgent care, out-patient clinics, hospitals, home care, and long-term care.

The 4:23 minute video is part of Generation Station TV's free streaming website of content created with both mental and physical older adult wellness in mind (sign up to access the videos).
