AHA Announces Class of 2027 Next Generation Leaders and Age-Friendly Fellows
The American Hospital Association (AHA) has announced its Class of 2027 for the Next Generation Leaders Fellowship, including 12 Age-Friendly Fellows.
The latest class of fellows consists of 46 individuals from 26 states and Washington, D.C., across urban, suburban and rural communities, and includes 12 Age-Friendly Fellows supported by The John A. Hartford Foundation:

During the 12-month fellowship program, participants will expand their knowledge on leading change, navigating the new health care environment, driving transformation, improving care delivery and developing operational strategies for success. Each fellow is carefully matched with a mentor for personalized guidance and one-on-one support of their capstone project. The JAHF-supported fellows will be asked to implement the Age-Friendly Health Systems 4Ms Framework at their organization for their capstone project.
