AHA Announces Class of 2026 Next Generation Leaders and Age-Friendly Fellows
The American Hospital Association (AHA) has announced its Class of 2026 for the Next Generation Leaders Fellowship, including 12 Age-Friendly Fellows.
The latest class of fellows consists of 36 individuals from 20 states across urban, suburban and rural communities, and includes 12 Age-Friendly Fellows supported by The John A. Hartford Foundation:

During the 12-month fellowship program, participants hone essential skills, such as leading and effecting change, navigating the health care environment, driving transformation, improving care delivery, and developing operational strategies for success. Each fellow is carefully matched with a mentor for personalized guidance and one-on-one support of their capstone project. The JAHF-supported fellows will be asked to implement the Age-Friendly Health Systems 4Ms Framework at their organization for their capstone project in the fellowship program.
