AHA Announces Class of 2024 Next Generation Leaders and Age-Friendly Fellows
The American Hospital Association (AHA) has announced its Class of 2024 for the Next Generation Leader Fellowship and Age-Friendly Fellows.
The 43 talented health care leaders selected for the program include 12 Age-Friendly Fellows supported by JAHF. The Age-Friendly Fellows will implement the Age-Friendly Health Systems 4Ms Framework at their organization for their change project in the fellowship.
During the 12-month program, participants hone essential skills, such as leading and effecting change, navigating the health care environment, driving transformation, improving care delivery and developing operational strategies for success. Each of the fellows are matched with an executive level health care leader as part of the 2023 cohort of mentors.
