Hartford Foundation, and Erin Emery-Tiburcio, PhD, ABPP, Associate Professor of Geriatric and Rehabilitation Psychology at Rush University Medical Center. Berman and Emery-Tiburcio share how they used the Age-Friendly Heath Systems initiative 4Ms Framework to build a culture that prioritizes the needs of older adults and how these efforts have improved value. This conversation was held at the AHA’s The Value Initiative Executive Forum, Addressing Disruption Through Innovation and Value.
