The CHAMP Program is the first national initiative to advance home care excellence for older people. CHAMP makes the latest evidence based tools, e-learning and expert advice easily accessible to home care clinicians, from any computer.

CHAMP is based at the Center for Home Care Policy & Research of the Visiting Nurse Service of New York. The Center for Home Care Policy & Research conducts scientifically rigorous research to promote the delivery of high quality, cost-effective care in the home and community. It also supports informed decision-making by policy makers, payers, managers, practitioners, and consumers of home and community-based services.
