GWEP-CC Resources: Age-Friendly Case Studies and Podcasts
The Geriatrics Workforce Enhancement Program Coordinating Center (GWEP-CC) at the American Geriatrics Society (AGS) has released a series of Age-Friendly Case Studies with accompanying podcasts.
Developed by GWEPs and their partners, the new case studies explore integrating the 4Ms with electronic health records, advancing care for tribal organizations and underserved and rural populations, and implementing age-friendly practices in nursing homes.
