Applications are Open for the CAPC Payment Accelerator
The CAPC Payment Accelerator is an innovative new program to help community-based palliative care programs secure sustainable financing.
The Accelerator starts with a two-day workshop November 7-8, 2017 in Phoenix, AZ, and is followed by a year's support from legal, contracting, and financial experts via workshops, practical tools, webinars, and office hours. The 2017-2018 class of organizations can participate at no cost.
Applications are due May 19, 2017.
