The National Association of Social Workers (NASW) is inviting master’s-level social workers (MSWs) in Florida, Illinois, and Maryland to apply for the Supervisory Leaders in Aging (SLA) program.

With support from The John A. Hartford Foundation, this innovative professional development program is designed to improve the delivery of health care and social services to older adults by strengthening the supervision of staff providing direct social services.

SLA includes five days of interactive training scheduled biweekly, for which 30 continuing education units are awarded.

The application deadline is February 24, 2017, unless available program slots are filled in advance of that date.
