Blog: Honoring Our Nurses Every Day
The John A. Hartford Foundation's Terry Fulmer, PhD, RN, FAAN, and Chaoli Zhang, released a blog on National Nurses Day, "Honoring Our Nurses Every Day."
In the blog, they call for all of us to join in celebrating and thanking nurses during the International Year of the Nurse and Midwife 2020 and National Nurses Week May 6-12.
"Now more than ever, their compassion and commitment to caring for those who are ill deserves our admiration and respect. Nurses dedicate their lives to caring for others and that dedication could not be more evident as we move through the current worldwide pandemic."
