The Family Caregiver Alliance (FCA) has published a blog, "In Their Own Words - How One Program Changed the Lives of Dementia Patients and Their Caregivers," as part of a new series that profiles the evidence-based programs found in Best Practice Caregiving.

Best Practice Caregiving is a free online database that helps health care and social service organizations identify, compare and adopt best-fit programs for their clientele and community. It contains details on over 40 vetted, proven dementia caregiving programs, including the UCLA Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care (UCLA ADC) Program.

This blog describes UCLA ADC and offers comments from program participants about their experiences and outcomes.
