Who Should Participate
Any grantee or sub-grantee of the John A. Hartford Foundation who has struggled to describe his or her work in a short but compelling way.
Materials Provided
Slides from the presentation, as well as links to additional resources, will be shared following the session.
Preparation Required
Once you register for the webinar we will send any materials needed to prepare for the session. During the webinar, the presenter will ask for volunteers to share their responses.
Follow-up Services
Each participant will have the opportunity to submit one elevator speech for review following the webinar.
The Build Your Bandwidth webinar series has been developed for Hartford Foundation grantees who are interested in honing and strengthening their communications skills. The webinars—with topics chosen by grantees through a survey process—offer a variety of opportunities for grantees to learn from presenters and colleagues, practice skills using their own work as examples, and move ahead to more advanced communications challenges.
