C-TAC National Summit on Advanced Illness Care
The Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC) is holding a virtual pre-conference and summit October 27 - 30, "National Summit on Advanced Illness Care: Equity for the Most Vulnerable."
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought attention to long-standing problems in our healthcare system which keep the most vulnerable among us from receiving high-quality care. The Summit will tackle pressing issues in serious illness care through the lens of health equity.
The pre-summit includes three sessions, one of which is hosted by the Home Centered Care Institute and another by the Center to Advance Palliative Care.
