The National Aging and Disability Business Center (Business Center), on behalf of The John A. Hartford Foundation, will be awarding The John A. Hartford Business Innovation Award at the n4a Annual Conference this July to highlight the successes of agencies that are partnering with health care entities and to spur replication.
The National Aging and Disability Business Center (Business Center), on behalf of The John A. Hartford Foundation, will be awarding The John A. Hartford Business Innovation Award at the n4a Annual Conference this July to highlight the successes of agencies that are partnering with health care entities and to spur replication. The award will go to one or more community-based organizations that have made significant strides in contracting with health care entities and, as such, have substantially improved the quality of life of older adults.
