CAPC Announcement: The Top 25 Finalists in The John A. Hartford Foundation Tipping Point Challenge
The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) has announced the top twenty-five health care organization finalists in the second round of The John A. Hartford Foundation Tipping Point Challenge.
The national competition is focused on the submission of innovative initiatives that have made—or will make—positive, breakthrough change in the care of serious illness. Open to all health care organizations, settings, disciplines, and specialties across the US, over 100 initiatives were submitted. Each was evaluated based on five criteria: impact, evidence-base, feasibility, scalability, and sustainability. Winners in each area of innovation will be announced in October 2021.
