The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) has published a blog, "Finding the Next Wave of Innovation."
The blog features a conversation between Diane E. Meier, MD, director of CAPC, and Amy Berman, RN, LHD, FAAN, Senior Program Officer at The John A. Hartford Foundation. The two experts discuss three key areas of innovation within palliative care that will facilitate a paradigm shift in the care of serious illness over the next decade.
They also discuss the second John A. Hartford Tipping Point Challenge, an innovation and quality improvement challenge lead by CAPC.
