The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) second John A. Hartford Foundation Tipping Point Challenge submissions are open from April 1 - April 30.

The John A. Hartford Foundation Tipping Point Challenge is an innovation and quality improvement challenge to spread palliative care skills among all clinicians. If you are working on an initiative that has made—or will make—positive, breakthrough change in the care of serious illness, sign up now. Awards will be given for submissions in three areas of high-impact innovation. All health care organizations and staff are invited to participate and you do not have to be from a CAPC member organization.

Submissions will take place April 1-30, 2021, via a website application form, and go to the “FAQ Process: What are the submission guidelines?” for more information about the submission process. The winners will be announced in October 2021.
