CAPC Course: Introduction to Palliative Care for Health Professionals
The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) has released a new cost-free clinical training course, "Introduction to Palliative Care for Health Professionals."
All individuals living with serious illness can benefit from palliative care. This course for health professionals from all specialties and disciplines as well as clinicians-in-training offers a 360° view of the palliative care field.
The course offers an introduction to palliative care, how it is delivered, its impact on quality of life and the growing population of patients who need it. This course is open to all, and a Verification of Attendance certificate will be earned upon completion.
