CAPC COVID-19 Virtual Office Hours and Telehealth and Palliative Care Toolkit
The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) has posted new Virtual Office Hours as part of its COVID-19 Response Resources Hub, along with a new Toolkit for Telehealth and Palliative Care.
CAPC's COVID-19 Resource Hub is now mobile-friendly and it contains tools addressing crisis communication, symptom management protocols for all clinicians, telehealth, emotional PPE, health equity, Medicare COVID-19 waivers, and much more. Recent additions include Virtual Office Hours on several topics including Communication Coaching and on Resiliency, a Master Clinician Series on Dementia Care in the Time of COVID-19, and a Toolkit for Telehealth and Palliative Care that covers all aspects of palliative care telehealth delivery, from selecting the technology platform, to ensuring meaningful encounters, to billing appropriately.
