The Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) is holding a webinar July 21, "Advancing Medicare & Medicaid Integration - A New Opportunity for States to Support Dual-Eligible Populations."
The webinar will discuss a new national funding opportunity focused on supporting state efforts to develop or enhance integrated care programs for individuals who are eligible for both Medicare and Medicaid. Supported by Arnold Ventures and coordinated by CHCS, Advancing Medicare & Medicaid Integration will assist states that are dedicated to making meaningful transformations in care delivery for dual-eligible populations.
The webinar will describe the initiative and its goals for improving care delivery for dual-eligible individuals. It will outline the application process and the support available to assist with project design. Attendees will have ample time to pose questions during a moderated Q&A session.
