Center for Health Care Strategies Evidence-to-Action Hub: New Home for the Better Care Playbook
This September, the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) launched the Evidence-to-Action Hub — a new home for the Better Care Playbook’s trusted resources.
For nearly a decade, the Better Care Playbook has helped health care stakeholders find the latest evidence and promising practices to improve care for people with complex health and social needs, with support from seven leading health care foundations, including JAHF.
This month, CHCS has introduced the Evidence-to-Action Hub on CHCS.org — a new name and home for the playbook. With this transition, CHCS' priorities are evolving to focus on highlighting what works to improve care for all people served by Medicaid.
The Evidence-to-Action Hub will continue to curate peer-reviewed research, case examples, implementation tools, and policy insights — all in one place — to help you bridge the gap between evidence and action and make care more effective and impactful.
