As a follow up to one of the most popular sessions of the conference--the consultancy--the Change AGEnts platform is offering an online consultancy to everyone who attended the conference, whether you presented a challenge or participated as a "respondent." This is another opportunity to get individualized feedback on challenges you're facing in your practice change efforts. The online consultancy will take place on February 26, 2015 from 3-4:30 pm EST via ReadyTalk.

This online consultancy is for you if you:
- Presented a challenge in Philadelphia and would like to get feedback on a subsequent follow-up issue, OR
- Were a "respondent" and would now like to present your own challenge, OR
- Missed the consultancy session in Philadelphia entirely (read about how they work here-scroll down the page to the PDF) and would like to participate now.
If you'd like to present a challenge, email your brief challenge statement to Chris Gherst by February 9. (Refresher on how to construct your statement here). The online consultancy will accept up to six challenges for this session and will let you know by February 10 who will be presenting challenges. If you would like to participate in the consultancy as a respondent, please let Chris know.
Challenge statements must be related to your practice or policy change effort but can be on any topic within that-communications, stakeholder engagement, value propositions, making the business case, etc.
