Trying to Implement a Promising New Intervention or Program? If you've got a promising new intervention or program and are looking for insights into how to best transform it into practice, this consultancy is for you. In this virtual session (via ReadyTalk web/audio conference), a small group of participants will share their diffusion challenges and get real-time feedback from colleagues and invited experts.

John Beilenson, President of Hartford grantee SCP, will facilitate and will be joined by expert guests, including Gary Oftedahl, MD, Chief Knowledge Officer at the Institute for Clinical Systems Improvement (ICSI).

The Details
This 90-minute consultancy will gather 6-8 Hartford grantees and two or three communications and diffusion experts to address the challenges you bring to the table. We dedicate 12-15 minutes to your particular question/issue.

Here’s how it works: You submit a 3-sentence diffusion challenge to the Bandwidth team in advance of the consultancy. We will provide feedback if the challenge statement needs to be honed. Then, during the consultancy session you will have:

  • 3-4 minutes to describe your challenge
  • 1-2 minutes to answer clarifying questions from the group
  • 5-7 minutes to listen to the group brainstorm ideas
  • 1 minute to summarize the ideas you heard

Trust us—you’re not the only one stuggling to replicate your program or initiative. This consultancy is a great opportunity to get and share new ideas and resources.

This session is first-come, first-served. Given our time, we are limited to no more than eight (8) participants. Sign up today by emailing Chris Gherst at SCP: cgherst@aboutscp.com
