C-TAC 2021 National Summit on Advanced Illness Care
The Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC) is holding a virtual conference on November 9-10, "2021 National Summit on Advanced Illness Care."
The 2021 C-TAC Summit will, in two days, present singular opportunities to address the most compelling policy issues for the coalition to seize upon in this unprecedented time to make real lasting change to improve the care and support for those with serious illness.
Key Summit goals are:
- Increasing equity and access for all experiencing serious illness
- Strengthening the movement to ensure active, shared decision making and care planning
- Identifying and improving the best advanced care models
In recognition of both the importance of dealing with local, state and national changes to our healthcare delivery systems and the heroic efforts of healthcare practitioners and administrators, registration for the 2021 Summit will be free.
In addition, Respecting Choices will be holding a pre-conference on November 8 titled, "ACP Innovation and the Pandemic: A National Conversation."
