The E4 Center of Excellence for Behavioral Health Disparities in Aging held a webinar on January 17, "4Ms – Behavioral Health: Building Age-Friendly Mental Health Systems."

Mental health professionals and substance use clinicians can apply the 4Ms of Age-Friendly care (What Matters, Medication, Mentation and Mobility) in their work. This webinar presented the 4Ms-Behavioral Health (BH) framework and useful tools and shared E4 Center's experience of piloting a training program with three community health centers.

Speakers included Erin Emery-Tiburcio, PhD, ABPP; Julio Cesar Batista, MS, LPC; and Samantha Guilfoyle , LCSW. They shared lessons learned about teaching and implementing the 4Ms-BH framework, as well as the sustainability of practice in clinic settings and future training opportunities.
