Foundation for Social Connection and Healthy Places by Design 2025 Social Connection Conference

The Foundation for Social Connection and Healthy Places by Design are holding the 2025 Social Connection Conference October 28-30 in Atlanta, Georgia.

This year’s theme, Seeds of Connection, will explore how intentional relationship-building across sectors can strengthen communities and systems at every level. The conference will feature keynotes, panel sessions, community field visits and more.

The conference will bring together researchers, social innovators and leaders from the corporate, nonprofit, government, faith and civic sectors. It is designed to unite disciplines, spark new partnerships, and equip attendees with the relationships and tools needed to drive lasting change.

JAHF's Rani E. Snyder, MPA, will moderate a panel on day 2, October 29 at 3:15 p.m. ET in the Anne Cramer room titled, "Building the Aging Ecosystem: Cross-Sector Roles in Advancing Social Connection." She will be joined by panelists Meredith Hanley (USAging), Andrew McPherson (Foundation for Social Connection Action Network) and Moses Dixon, PhD (Senior Connection).
