Friends of Age-Friendly Webinar: CMS Measure Overview with Michelle Schreiber
The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) is holding a Friends of Age-Friendly webinar on October 7, "CMS Measure Overview with Michelle Schreiber."
Attendees of the webinar will hear from:
- Dr. Michelle Schreiber, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), will discuss how CMS is supporting age-friendly health care in the US, including the new Age-Friendly Hospital Measure in collaboration with IHI.
- Dr. Arlene Bierman, Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), will delve into AHRQ's new strategic plan to optimize older adult's health and well-being.
- Dr. Julia Adler-Milstein, University of California, San Francisco, will talk about a new network launching for age-friendly research.
- Dr. Kedar Mate, IHI President and CEO, will moderate the discussion.
