Geriatric Emergency Department Collaborative Webinar: Boarding and the Geriatric ED
The Geriatric Emergency Department Collaborative (GEDC) is holding a webinar May 11 on “Boarding and the Geriatric Emergency Department (ED).”
The webinar will address the system-wide issue of ED boarding and its disproportionate impact on older adult patients. Presenters will introduce strategies for mitigating the risks for this patient population, and review system-level approaches to addressing boarding.
