Grantmakers in Health (GIH) is holding a webinar March 24, “Policy Opportunities to Advance Palliative Care in States.”
If communities are to provide vulnerable patients with serious illnesses the services and supports they need to thrive, states need to adopt robust policies that allow them to better meet these patients’ complex social and health care needs. The webinar will discuss new tools, research, and resources that have been identified at the state and local levels that grantmakers can utilize along with practical strategies philanthropy can use to advance access to palliative care in their states and communities.
