Health Trends Spring 2023: The Future of Healthy Aging
CVS Health has released their Spring 2023 Health Trends report, "The Future of Healthy Aging," exploring the intersection of aging with behavioral, mental and physical health.
The report captures a critical moment in transforming the American healthcare system to better serve older adults. Each article of the report captures unique elements of age-friendly care that bring healthcare beyond the clinic walls and allow older adults to stay connected across the care continuum. CVS Health notes the importance of joining the Age-Friendly Health Systems movement and reports that in 2022, more than 465,000 MinuteClinic patients received care based on the 4Ms Framework.
