Home Centered Care Institute: Updated Website and 2024 and 2025 Snapshots
The Home Centered Care Institute (HCCI) has updated its website with resources to help everyone working in the home-based primary care industry. The website includes a new home-based medical care 2024 Snapshot. In 2025, a second snapshot was added: the 2025 Home-Based Medical Care Snapshot.
The new site is designed to be more user-friendly and user-focused, and shows how HCCI can help individuals and practices grow.

HCCI has also released a "2024 Snapshot: State of Unmet Need for Home-Based Medical Care in U.S." The data source for the snapshot is 2023 Traditional Medicare Claims, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
In September 2025, a "2025 Snapshot: State of Unmet Need for Home-Based Medical Care in the U.S." was added using 2024 Traditional Medicare Claims, Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) data.
