Hospital at Home Users Group Webinar Recording: Nurses at the Forefront - Essential Clinicians in Hospital at Home Programs
The Hospital at Home Users Group, in partnership with the American Academy of Home Care Medicine, hosted a webinar on June 20, "Nurses at the Forefront: Essential Clinicians in Hospital at Home Programs."
This webinar was intended for hospital and system leaders interested in learning about the opportunities and challenges associated with providing acute care in the home.
Nursing teams are integral to every step of the HaH journey and critical to patient safety and well-being. It is important for HaH programs to understand how to support, develop and leverage this critical group of healthcare professionals.
