IHI and ASCP Invitation: Age-Friendly Recognition Sprint for Nursing Home and Pharmacy Teams

IHI ASCP Age Friendly Recognition Sprint

The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) are launching the Age-Friendly Recognition Sprint, a three-month learning and improvement program for long-term care pharmacies and their nursing home partners.

Beginning in September, paired teams will receive expert guidance, learn with peers, and test practical approaches to implementing the 4Ms as they work toward age-friendly recognition.

Nursing home-pharmacy teams can express interest in participating by August 31.
