The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) Roundtable on Quality Care for People with Serious Illnesss is holding a one-day workshop on April 17th on Implementing Quality Measures for Accountability in Community-based Care for People with Serious Illness Implementing Quality Measures for Accountability in Community-based Care for People with Serious Illness.

The workshop will feature invited presentations and panel discussions exploring the gaps, challenges, and opportunities in quality measures implemented for accountability purposes and will highlight the perspectives of health care providers and payers. Implementation of quality measures in the context of public programs and potential policy levers to affect change will also be discussed. The workshop is being held at The Keck Center, Washington DC and it will also be live webcast.
