The Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) held an informational call on February 24 about the next Age-Friendly Health Systems Action Community that starts in March 2020.
The Age-Friendly Health Systems Action Community brings teams across different health systems together to accelerate their own description and adoption of the 4Ms: What Matters, Medications, Mentation, and Mobility. This informational call provided information about the March Action Community, including the expert faculty, learning process, and how to participate.
