The three new Age-Friendly Health Care Package publications are:
- Issue Brief | Advancing the Multisector Plan for Aging: Age-Friendly Health Care Package
- Issue Brief | Better Care for Older Adults across the Hospital: Age-Friendly Health Care Package
- Case Study: Hospital | CHI Memorial: Age-Friendly Health Care Package
