Institute for Healthcare Improvement CBPPS Age-Friendly Job Analysis Survey 2024
The Institute for Healthcare Improvement is conducting a brief (10-15 minute) online survey to identify the tasks and knowledge reflective of the role of a professional who delivers age-friendly care. The Certification Board for Professionals in Patient Safety (CBPPS) survey results will help develop the specifications for an Age-Friendly Healthcare certification.
The survey deadline is Sunday, August 18. Randomly drawn winners will have the opportunity to win either one of five copies of Age-Friendly Health Systems: A Guide to Using the 4Ms While Caring for Older Adults or a 12-month full access subscription to IHI's Open School.
This certification will help improve the lives of older adults by setting minimum levels of competency for age-friendly healthcare; the lives of professionals by giving those working in age-friendly healthcare the opportunity to advance personally and professionally; and the lives of employers by validating skills and competencies that employers are looking for in specific healthcare positions.
Please direct inquiries to cpps@ihi.org.
Complete the short survey by Aug. 18.
