The Better Care Playbook Call for Content Submission: Amplify Your Complex Care Insights
The Better Care Playbook (Playbook) is accepting content submissions from stakeholders in the field of complex care to be featured as a resource in the Playbook or on the Playbook blog.
The Playbook is an online resource center that makes it easier for health care stakeholders to find evidence-based and promising practices for improving complex care. The Playbook is welcoming content submissions from stakeholders in the field of complex care, with the goal of amplifying evidence based on research as well as emerging practice-based findings or implementation tools.
Have you generated formal or informal evidence on a program to improve care for people with complex health and social needs? Do you have lessons to share from your complex care program? Have you developed a practical tool that may be useful for other organizations looking to improve care? All submissions to help build the complex care evidence base are welcome, including:
- Journal articles and reports;
- Tools, templates, and other implementation resources;
- Case studies; and
- Descriptions of evidence based on practice or experience.
Eligible submissions could be highlighted as a resource on the Playbook or featured in the Playbook blog.
Submit your publications or promising practices.
