LTQA Case Study Release Event: What Matters Most in LTSS Integration: Lessons from 5 New Case Studie

Long Term Quality Alliance (LTQA) is publishing five new case studies as part of its project to develop the business case for LTSS integration. This diverse set of case studies describes exemplar programs operated by managed care plans, a continuing care retirement community, and a medical group taking full risk for patient care. This research builds on the work LTQA completed earlier this year – five case studies of exemplar programs, an analysis of the strategies and challenges they share, and a taxonomy defining the key components of LTSS integration.

LTQA will be sharing this new research at a case study release event on September 21, 2016 in Washington, DC. Please join LTQA to discuss cross-cutting insights from the ten case studies on what matters most for successful integration, as well as brand-new analysis on the opportunities and challenges for integrating LTSS using existing Medicare Advantage products.
