The Moving Forward Coalition for Nursing Home Quality is holding a rescheduled Coalition Conversation on August 29, "Catching Up with the Coalition: Celebrating Two Years, Take 2."
The Moving Forward "Two Year Celebration" Coalition Conversation has been rescheduled as a make-up session to celebrate the Coalition's progress and accomplishments together.
