Since July, the Moving Forward Nursing Home Quality Coalition has made significant progress on all 9 of its Action Plans.
The Moving Coalition is extremely grateful for the continued work of their volunteer committee members, and excited about the new partnerships they're forming to prototype and pilot their work.
