The Moving Forward Nursing Home Quality Coalition is hosting a webinar on October 3 to discuss complexities of nursing home policies and recent initiatives being taken to clarify the processes.
During the webinar, Stephanie Allred, Director, LTC Regulation Licensing and Credentialing, Texas Health and Human Services Commission, will review how state policymakers can think about and execute efforts to clear up complex state policies, including three recent initiatives taken in Texas for nursing home licensure and certification processes, data collection and the process of becoming a certified nurse aide.
The initiatives include the Long-Term Care Regulation Provider Letter, How to Become a NF Provider and Become a Certified Nurse Aide in Texas.
