The National Academy for State Health Policy (NASHP) has published a blog, "Family Caregiving Council Receives Public Input and Expertise to Create Recommendations."

The blog discusses the Family Caregiving Advisory Council's third meeting, which took place last month. The Council reviewed public input and presentations addressing family leave, respite care, research and data, and an analysis of information received from the Administration for Community Living’s request for information. The Council will use this input to shape a National Family Caregiving Strategy, as required by the Recognize, Assist, Include, Support, and Engage Family Caregivers Act of 2018 (the RAISE Act), so states and others can better support caregivers across the nation.
