National Alliance for Caregiving Congressional Briefing: Strengthening American Families - Programs and Policy Solutions to Support Family Caregivers
The National Alliance for Caregiving (NAC) is holding a Congressional Briefing on June 12 titled, "Strengthening American Families: Programs and Policy Solutions to Support Family Caregivers," in the Dirksen Senate Office Building, Washington, DC.
The congressional briefing will highlight the challenges that face our nation’s 53+ million family caregivers and their contribution to our nation’s healthcare system and economy. Policy experts, advocates, and family caregivers will explore key federal programs and policies to help family caregivers reach their full potential, including the Older Americans Act, Medicaid and Medicare.
