The John A. Hartford Foundation partnered with NBC Universal and Telemundo to bring information about age-friendly care directly to consumers in a televised segment aired on April 9, "Live Your Best Life With Age-Friendly Care."

Ereka Vetrini talked with Terry Fulmer, PhD, RN, FAAN, President, and Marcus Escobedo, MPA, Vice President, Communications and Senior Program Officer, of The John A. Hartford Foundation, about what “age-friendly care” is and how it affects you and your loved ones.

The conversation explains the 4Ms of the Age-Friendly Health Systems initiative: What Matters, Medication, Mentation, and Mobility, and gave real life examples. The segment was aired on NBC affiliates across the country in English and Spanish.
