New Office of Women’s Health (OWH) Grants Include Focus on Older Women, Applications Due Nov. 15
Each year the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Office on Women’s Health (OWH) provides funding opportunities through its Regional Logistic Support Contract to external partner organizations on a variety of women and girls’ health and safety issues. OWH provides $10,000 per region, per funding opportunity, and regional offices may increase the funding available for any one program from their own budget at their discretion. This year, the OWH is offering seven distinct competitive funding opportunities. For the first time, OWH is including request for proposals to support initiatives focused on the safety and health of older women. Applications must be received by November 15.
