Survey Request
- The Jewish Federations’ Center on Aging, Trauma, and Holocaust Survivor Care: Survey, National Study on the Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed (PCTI) Approach in Aging Services. Those who work for a US-based organization that supports older adults in any way are invited to participate.
Funding Opportunities
- Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI): Addressing Violence and Trauma Topical PCORI Funding Announcement -- Cycle 2 2025, Letter of Intent deadline May 13
- Will include a special area of emphasis (SAE) on Intentional Trauma, with a specific focus on abuse of older adults, and an SAE on Unintentional Trauma, with a focus on care models for fall prevention and fall recovery among older adults.
- PCORI: Broad Pragmatic Studies PCORI Funding Announcement -- Cycle 2 2025, Letter of Intent deadline May 13
- Will include an SAE on Addressing the Mental and Behavioral Health Challenges of Individuals Living With Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias (ADRD) and Their Care Partners.
- The State Alzheimer’s Research Support (StARS) Center: Dementia Care Innovation Grants, Letter of Intent deadline May 23
- Will fund up to four projects on topics that will meaningfully advance the provision, understanding, documentation, and evaluation of dementia care services for all persons affected who reside in a specific state or across multiple states.
