The National Institute on Aging's Delirium Superimposed on Dementia (NIDUS), in partnership with the American Delirium Society, is holding a webinar January 17 on, "Bringing Evidence to Practice: Implementing Delirium Care in the Era of the Age-Friendly Health System."
The webinar will explore practical strategies for implementing evidence-based delirium care within the Age-Friendly Health System initiative's 4Ms Framework: What Matters, Medication, Mentation and Mobility.
The 4Ms Framework's primary goal is to provide comprehensive and practical person-centered care for older adults, and delirium prevention, identification, and management in older adults, with or without dementia, is a component of Mentation.
