Patient Priorities Care Advanced Trainee Workshop Series: On Identifying Priorities and On Aligning Care to Identified Priorities
Patient Priorities Care has announced its Fall two-part Advanced Trainee Workshops on Identifying Priorities and on Aligning Care to Identified Priorities for credentialed healthcare professionals. The two workshops will take place on November 8 and on November 22.
This two-part virtual workshop series will jumpstart advanced trainees' usage of the Patient Priorities Care approach: an Age-Friendly skillset to identify the health priorities that Matter Most and align care to those priorities.
Advanced training programs such as fellowships, practicums, and clinical rotations focused on patient-centered care are encouraged to participate. Priority will be given to programs where faculty have completed their own PPC education.
Expert Patient Priorities Care educators will lead two distinct 90-minute sessions covering the fundamentals of PPC practice:
- Identifying Priorities: November 8, 12:45-2:15pm EST
- Aligning Care to Identified Priorities: November 22, 12:45-2:15pm EST
