Patient Priorities Care: Spring Tele-Mentoring Workshop Series
Patient Priorities Care has announced it's Spring Tele-Mentoring Workshop Series that will take place March 19 - May 28 for credentialed healthcare professionals.
This virtual course outlines the Patient Priorities Care decision-making framework for persons with multiple chronic conditions.
The course begins March 19, then meets every other Tuesday over 6 sessions, with an optional seventh session geared towards those who wish to teach this framework to other health professionals or trainees.
It is aimed at health professional leaders and educators who want to provide clinical care to focus on What Matters to patients or carry out curricula to educate others to provide care that aligns with What Matters. CEUs are available for the course.
